License

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

BY USING STG FOLDERPRINT PLUS ("SOFTWARE"), YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS SOFTWARE.

1) REDISTRIBUTION

YOU MAY REDISTRIBUTE THIS PROGRAM, AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT MODIFY IT. YOU MAY NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUNSTANCES REDISTRIBUTE YOUR LICENSE KEY.

2) USAGE

You may use the software during the evaluation period free of charge. After this period is over, you
must purchase a license to continue using the software. Any usage after the evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

You must buy an user license for every computer in which the software will be used. However, you may use a license on both a desktop computer and a laptop, as long as they will not be both used at the same time.

A site license entitles an organization to use the software on all its computers within a single physical site (covers a single organization for an area of up to 100 miles or 160 kilometers in radius). 

3) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE IS SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS
TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES
WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BECAUSE OF THE VARIOUS
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS INTO WHICH THIS PROGRAM
MAY BE PUT, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
IS OFFERED. GOOD DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE DICTATES THAT
ANY PROGRAM BE THOROUGHLY TESTED WITH NON-CRITICAL DATA BEFORE
RELYING ON IT. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING
THE PROGRAM. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED
EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, translate or disassemble the software in whole or in part.

4) SUPPORT

We will provide free technical support by email, to registered users, 
for at least 90 days since the day of the purchase. However, we reserve the 
right to terminate support to users who in our judgment are unreasonable or 
abusive, or who have system or other difficulties that transcend the scope 
of this software.

5) GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Brazil. Any action or proceeding brought by either party against the other arising out of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a court of competent jurisdiction located in São Paulo, Brazil.
