Picture Merge is a simple tool that allows you to merge any picture into another, for an artistic effect or an image watermark.

 

Just Open and load both pictures, set the desired transparency and Save the results.

 

If you'd like to apply the effect for multiple source images, you can use the Merge a Picture checkbox and Merge Options on the main screen.
